"Come Back Home" is a Korean single by the girl group 2NE1 from their second full-length album Crush, which was released four years after their first full-length album To Anyone.
The song was written and mainly composed by YG Entertainments in-house producer Teddy and is discribed to be an "attempt to mix the genres of R&B, reggae, and hip hop".[1]

Background[]
The music video for the song was released on March 02, 2014. Upon fans being confused and trying to understand the meaning behind the music video, YG Entertainments CEO Yang Hyun Suk came forward and explained it as being "set in a near-future city", and that the general concept is "that people in this era prefer the virtual world over the real one, just like the movie ‘Matrix’".[2]
The story is that Dara is heartbroken by the man she's in love with, because he prefers to be in the virtual world. To help their friend CL, Bom and Minzy enter the virtual world together with Dara as warriors to destroy it, to bring back the people into the real world.
